Q1. Will my posted Query/ Issue be visible to other Industries or any state Pollution Control Board or any other government bodies?

Answer: NO. Under any circumstances, ICube NEVER shares your data with other industries and pollution control boards of any state or any other government bodies. We do not even share your data with any third party.


Q2. Whom should I contact if I am from an industry/ Institute and facing a technical issue?

Answer: Please drop an email from your registered e-mail ID to contact@icube.org.in. We will get it resolved before 2 working days.


Q3. In how much time can I expect to receive a response from Institutes if my Query/ Issue is LIVE?

Answer: As soon as your query is LIVE, it will be visible to all the INSTITUTES for submitting their proposed solution. Please refer to the flowchart here for understanding this entire process.


Q4. Can researchers/faculty from institutes/universities outside Punjab register and propose solutions?

Answer: Yes. ICube welcomes all the reputed/premier institutes researchers/faculties to register (from their official e-mail ID) and propose their solutions to any number of problem statements posted by the industries. If an Industry shortlists and finalizes your proposal then ICube will contact you.


Q5. Apart from the platform charges, are there any other charges that industries are supposed to pay to ICube?

Answer: NOT really. After the final sanction/ approval of the proposed solution by the Industry, 5% of the total project cost shall be transferred to ICube by Industries.
